When will my employee(s) be registered after I sign them up for the online courses?  

Your employees will be registered within 24-48 hours when paying by credit card and within 24 hours after payment via check is received.

​How does the online registration work?   

After payment is received, you will receive an email with sign in information and instructions regarding how to log in and navigate the courseroom.

How long do my employees have to finish the online courses?  

Employees have 30 days to finish the courses from the date of registration by ALT Services.  After 30 days, their account with become inactive and additional charges may apply.

Are the online courses self-paced?  Yes, the employees work at their own pace.

May I purchase one course for numerous employees if they work together?  

No, you need to purchase a course for each employee you wish to receive a certificate.

What is the online Course Pack?  

The Course Pack is all-inclusive and includes ALL seven courses needed to work in a CBRF (all-employee and task-specific training).  You receive the Course Pack for $50 less than the total of all courses separately.

Are there additional fees for travel with the department-approved courses for the train-at-your-facility?  ALT Services only charges by the hour after 100 miles. We are traveling from Tomah, Wisconsin. If we travel over 100 miles, your facility will be charged the regular course rate per employee plus $40 per house of driving time.

How soon can I expect to receive/schedule the face-to-face training?  

We pride ourselves in getting your employees trained as soon as possible.  Although our schedule fills up rather quickly, we offer training on weekends and during the “late hours” for you and your employees’ convenience.

My employee has another job and cannot stay for the entire training.  May they take the test and still receive credit? 

No, the employees must stay for the ENTIRE course to be added to the registry.  If an employee leaves the class early, they will not pass the course.
